The Baby Bump Grows

I would like to say that we have everything ready for the baby to come, but we are far from READY!  If you don't follow me on instagram you don't get the weekly baby bump updates... but the weeks seem to be flying by and soon enough we are going to have our baby boy!

oh how I miss you

There are so many wonderful things about being pregnant... ha ha, yeah right! Ok, ok... there are a few things that are beyond amazing and I try to love everyday and what it brings, because I feel so blessed to have this opportunity to carry a baby.

But man are there some things I really miss ---- I keep telling my husband can you believe in 3 months we'll be able to do this, or I'll be able to eat this, or our lives will be a million times different! ---- For now, I'm missing a few things.

I miss eating real sushi, wearing normal jeans, being able to stay up later than 9:00 pm and of course playing soccer!

Quick Weekend Trip - Gilbert, AZ

Recently Jon's brothers family moved to sunny AZ. I was definitely not jealous at first... but after this past weekend and not being in snowy UT I decided there is something small to be desired there. We had a huge order for Taddle Tell that we are creating for Rue La La ---- so I took a quick fast trip out there and we worked worked and worked!

I loved seeing my little friends though, sure do miss that cute family!

All tile floors + bouncy balls entertained the kids for HOURS

Epcot was my favorite stop! I DREAM of traveling the world and this confirmed how much I want to do this. I can't wait for that day.

I loooooooooove vacation! Oooooh how I love to go on vacation. My family went to Disney World as our Christmas gift and it was a blast, not to mention Sunny and Happy and Perfect.

We got some exciting news the day after my birthday, we found out we are pregnant! Although it has been up and down with emotions we are soooooo excited for this little man to join our family. I'm currently 24 weeks and things are going great!

We shared the special news with family at Christmas - BEST GIFT EVER.

And Recently found out we are having a BOY! We both thought for sure it was a boy at first then we heard about the Chinese Calendar and it said we would have a girl. Well it was confirmed at Epcot, by actual Chinese that the calendar was made up by the USA.... ha of course!

I'm HORRIBLE at blogging

Where does time go!  I have been horrible with blogging, but with Instagram, Facebook... ugh I just never get around to putting things down. So... I am going to be doing some catch up over the next few days!  [for myself]

Before Jonny and I tied the knot we have a month of awesome time with his family from Germany! These kids were so fun and somehow we were able to communicate not speaking. I was really good at hand motions and using a translation app on the phone.

One of the many adventures was to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole. Two of my favorite places to vacation too! They were blown away by the park and the river rafting was AWESOME. Can't wait until we get to go see them in Germany.

PS Ignore their shirts... seriously BYU? What the.. poor kids didn't know better.

Favorite Time of the YEAR - Fall

I have ALWAYS had a love for fall time.  Light sweaters, cute jackets, fall sports, crisp air, changing leaves... oh man I can hardly wait for it to come every year!  We decided to take a quick drive up the canyon before we saw the new baby, the leaves are amazing and so are Spencer's green shoes.  I love them.

We are so excited for Jon's brother and his wife - they had their first baby on Sunday!  He is the cutest thing and we couldn't be happier for them.  Here are a few photos of the new little guy.

A Birthday Tattoo - Tammy's Birthday Part 2.

A birthday tattoo?  We thought it would be funny to send a picture of Tammy and I "pretending" to get a tattoo for Tammy's birthday.  Well what was going to be one photo became many photos.

We had such a great time celebrating Tammy's birthday on Saturday.  She has been dying to go to the Vintage Cupcake in Ogden and since we were already up there we decided to stop by!  Those cupcakes were AMAZING... definitely worth the stop and Spencer loved his "Pink Lady".

J+D Honeymoon

Jonny and I had an amazing time on our honeymoon!  One of Jon's friends got married the same week and went going to Cancun for their honeymoon too.  It was great to meet up and do lots of fun adventures together.  We also met the coolest couple from LA at the resort and had a blast getting to know them!

- Lots and Lots of swimming [the most amazing pool I have ever seen]
- Snorkeling in Akumel with the Turtles & Stingrays
- Swimming with Whale Sharks [ooooh the seas were a rumbling and so was my stomach]
- Cruising on Cozumel [scooters and beach toys]
- Swimming at Isle Mujeres
- Parasailing in Playa

It was a GREAT time.  I kind of love that boy.

J+D Bridal/Groomals

I was sooooo excited to do bridal/groomals since our wedding was going to be the middle of August and right in the afternoon.  I love the dreamy look of late evening shots and was so glad we could capture this!

Who cares if there was construction going on at the Temple, thats what you get when you plan your wedding one day after the Temple opens again!  Scaffolding?  No doors? Ha I didn't even notice. :)

For our bridal/groomals I wanted awesome city and Temple shots and I couldn't be happier with them!  It was such a fun night and fun to get congrats from all the people hanging downtown on that Saturday night.

J+D Engagements

It has been way too long since I have posted on here - almost a YEAR since my last post.  I seriously don't know what happened, oh yeah it is called a WEDDING!  Jon and I had the most amazing photographer, seriously talented and the BEST to work with.  We kind of love her.   

I wanted Jon to feel like some of the wedding was for him [ha ha, yeah we all know that wasn't going to happen], but his LOVE for the outdoors inspired a lot of the wedding.  Especially the engagement session.  Although I think Jon would have preferred to have a wedding at the lake with fishing poles and a gun ceremony.  We did something like that.
